Job summary

Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a friendly, professional Receptionist to support daily operations and provide excellent customer service at the front desk.

The ideal candidate will create a welcoming environment for residents, families, visitors, and staff while helping ensure the smooth operation of the facility's front desk. Part-time schedule offered with evening and weekend shifts, compensation is provided per hour.

Qualifications

• Must speak, read, and write English clearly.
• Excellent telephone etiquette and professional communication.
• Strong organizational and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage records accurately.
• Previous receptionist or administrative experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate office or resident room.
• Manage visitor sign-in/sign-out and issue badges.
• Answer calls, direct messages, and manage voicemail.
• Maintain resident directories, room assignments, and contact info.
• Provide administrative support including reports, filing, and records.
• Assist with payroll-related tasks as needed.
• Track important dates, contract renewals, deadlines, and important documents.
• Operate office equipment and order supplies.
• Coordinate communication between departments and locations.
• Provide directions and information to visitors, residents, and staff.
