• High School Diploma required; Associates Degree preferred.
• 1 year of customer service experience in a health-care office is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcomes patients and visitors by greeting them in person or on the telephone.
• Notes patient arrival in the Practice Management System.
• Prepares necessary patient paperwork prior to appointment.
• Calls No Show appointments to reschedule and notates in the system; informs patients when needed.
• Maintains confidentiality of personal and financial information and supports efficient front-desk operations.
