Job summary

Dermatology & Mohs Center in Florida is seeking a friendly receptionist to welcome patients, book appointments, and answer phones. This role begins as part-time (20 hours/week) with training shifting from Orange Park to Yulee.

The ideal candidate has strong customer service, good communication, and comfort with scheduling software and computers; dermatology knowledge is a plus. Training will occur at the Orange Park Office prior to moving to Yulee.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of customer service experience is preferred.
• Previous experience as a receptionist is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service.
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Familiar with computers and scheduling software.
• Excellent multitasking skills.
