Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old or older.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Six months face-to-face customer service in retail or 1 year fitness experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and exit members in a confident, friendly manner.
• Anticipate member needs and acknowledge all members.
• Provide gracious telephone service with complete information.
• Resolve customer concerns using strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Maintain club cleanliness for up to 50% of the shift.
• Process payments and provide receipts and change.
• Promote products and promotions to customers.
• Answer questions about procedures and policies clearly.
