Qualifications

• 18 years old or older.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Six months face to face customer service experience in a retail environment required or 1-year Fitness experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and exit members in a confident, professional, and friendly manner.
• Anticipate members' needs, respond promptly and acknowledge all members
• Provide gracious and efficient telephone service with accurate information.
• Resolve customer concerns with strong communication and problem-solving.
• Maintain the club clean for up to 50% of the shift.
• Handle payments and provide receipts.
• Promote products and promotions to drive revenue.
• Answer questions about procedures and policies clearly.
