Job summary

Freedom Leisure invites applications for a Receptionist to join the front-of-house team. You will be the first point of contact, delivering a warm welcome and excellent service in a fast-paced leisure environment.

Hours are 12 per week on a rota basis, Monday to Sunday. We offer a benefits package including pension, staff membership discounts, and employee assistance. Training is provided to support your success in this role.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing roles in leisure, fitness or community settings preferred.
• Hospitality or retail experience delivering customer excellence desirable.

Responsibilities

• Welcome visitors with a smile in a friendly, professional manner.
• Handle enquiries, bookings and memberships in person, online or by phone.
• Accurately operate booking, till and membership systems.
• Provide up-to-date information on centre facilities, classes and promotions.
• Maintain a tidy, inviting reception area and uphold high presentation standards.
