Hennessy Porsche Northwest is seeking a part-time receptionist to join our front-line team. You will warmly greet guests, answer calls, route inquiries, and provide administrative support to sales and service.

The ideal candidate has excellent communication, is organized, can multi-task, and ready to work Saturdays; background in high-volume customer service is a plus. This role is based at our Marietta dealership.

Qualifications

• Must be able to work Saturdays.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and stay organized.
• Experience in high-volume customer service or administrative roles.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls courteously and professionally.
• Direct calls to the appropriate department or person.
• Take accurate messages when needed.
• Greet customers entering the showroom and direct them appropriately.
• Provide administrative support to sales and service teams.
• Maintain an organized, clean, and safe work area.
• Participate in required training and duties as assigned.
