Job summary

Hennessy Porsche Northwest is seeking a part-time receptionist to join the front-line of the dealership and support the team by warmly greeting guests. You will be the first point of contact for customers and represent the dealership's values.

Key duties include answering calls, directing inquiries, taking messages, greeting visitors, and providing administrative support to the sales and service teams. Must be able to work Saturdays and pass background/drug screening.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Submit to a background and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls in a courteous and professional manner.
• Direct calls to the appropriate department or person.
• Take accurate messages when the appropriate employee is unavailable.
• Greet customers as they enter the dealership showroom and direct them to the appropriate department or person.
• Provide administrative support to the sales and service teams as needed.
• Maintain an organized, clean, and safe work area.
• Participate in required training
• All other duties as assigned.
