Sycamore Heights Health and Rehabilitation is seeking a friendly, professional Receptionist to join our team. You will be the first point of contact for residents, families, staff and visitors, creating a warm, organized front-desk environment and delivering outstanding customer service daily.

Your duties include answering phones, greeting guests, routing calls, managing mail, and supporting daily administrative tasks under the direction of the Administrator.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word is a plus.
• A high school diploma or GED is required, or equivalent work experience.

Responsabilités

• Answers telephones and directs the caller to the appropriate employee.
• Pages employees when they have a phone call.
• Transfers a caller to an employee's voicemail (if equipped) or takes a message when the employee is unavailable.
• Greets and directs visitors to their desired destinations.
• Provides callers with information, such as facility address, directions, and location.
• Receives, sorts, and forwards incoming mail. Maintains and routes publications.
• Coordinates the pick-up and delivery of express mail services (FedEx, UPS, etc.).
• Assists with other related administrative support and clerical duties such as copying, faxing, filing, and other duties as assigned.
• Must be able to multitask.
