Responsibilities

• Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally and courteously.
• Greet residents, families, visitors, vendors, and staff in a friendly and professional manner.
• Create and post monthly staff schedules, track and post changes, and approve trades in the absence of the DON or as delegated.
• Maintain timely records of call-offs, tardies, and early arrivals; coordinate with HR on attendance policies.
• Provide accurate, timely reports to the DON, Facility Administrator, and management.
• Prepare and submit accurate payroll reports in a timely manner.
• Verify employment data and background information for job applicants.
