Anne Arundel Dermatology in Annapolis, MD is seeking a professional Front Desk Receptionist with excellent people and communication skills. This is a part-time position with hours Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday from 7am to 6pm. You will greet patients, check in/out, collect payments, schedule appointments, and manage patient charts.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or GED (required).
• 1-3 years recent experience as a Medical Receptionist in a clinical or surgical setting (preferred).
• Previous experience in Dermatology (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Greet patients in a pleasant and professional manner.
• Check-in and check-out patients; review and verify patient information.
• Assist patients with payments and balance inquiries; schedule appointments.
• Maintain patient charts and relevant documentation.
• Coordinate flow of patients and communicate with staff as needed.
