Job summary

Peters Township is seeking part-time Front Desk Attendants to support the Community Recreation Center, Tennis Center, and Aqua Park. You will be the first point of contact for residents, triaging inquiries in person and by phone, with a flexible schedule up to 28 hours per week, including potential night/weekend shifts for some facilities.

Ideal candidates are reliable, friendly, and adaptable, able to verify memberships, process registrations and payments, and provide excellent customer service

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Experience interacting with the public or recreation programs.
• Must have Pennsylvania Child Abuse History Clearance, PATCH, and FBI fingerprint clearances by start date.
• CPR/AED credential or ability to obtain within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Verify membership status for Community Recreation Center, Aqua Park, and Tennis Center.
• Process memberships, registrations, rentals and payments.
• Answer calls and greet residents; provide friendly customer service.
• Open/close duties and assist with program setup or tear down as needed.
• Routinely monitor safety, enforce facility rules, and assist with minor maintenance.
• Night and weekend shifts may be required for some facilities.
