Flex scheduling may be required. The position emphasizes guest relations, problem solving, and teamwork while delivering excellent service and daily shift reports for management.

Qualifications

• Check-in/Check-out hotel guests
• Process payments per established hotel requirements
• Provide information and assistance to guests and vendors
• Prepares reports during each shift for management
• Highly motivated team player with initiative
