Residence Inn Pigeon Forge is seeking a part-time Front Desk Agent available Friday, Saturday, and Sunday for either the 7:00am-3:00pm or 3:00pm-11:00pm shift. You will greet guests, handle check-in/out, verify billing, and provide local recommendations.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly during check-in and check-out.
• Complete guest registrations, secure payments, and verify billing.
• Confirm guest information, room rates, and reservations.
• Create and code electronic room keys.
• Assist guests with questions and special requests promptly.
• Address guest concerns by researching and resolving issues.
• Deliver high standards of service and exceed guest expectations.
• Provide local area recommendations and information.
