Job Title: Part-Time Hotel Front Desk Agent
Location: Hampton Inn Waterbury
Position Type: Part-Time

We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team. This part-time position requires flexibility, a welcoming attitude, and the ability to provide exceptional guest service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and check in/out guests with professionalism and efficiency

  • Handle reservations, guest inquiries, and phone calls

  • Process payments accurately and manage nightly audit procedures when assigned

  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area

  • Communicate effectively with housekeeping, maintenance, and other hotel departments

  • Provide information about hotel services and local attractions

  • Make problem-solving decisions in the moment while maintaining a professional demeanor

  • Helping out different departments as needed

Requirements:
  • Flexible availability is a must, including willingness to cover Night Audit shifts (11:00 PM – 7:00 AM) when needed

  • Prior hotel front desk experience preferred

  • Reliable transportation required

  • Must be able to pass a background check

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills

  • Basic computer skills; experience with property management systems is a plus

  • Dependable, responsible, and the ultimate team player
