Base pay range

$14.00/hr - $16.00/hr

Responsibilities
  • Greet and assist guests with check-in and check-out processes, including verifying reservations and processing payments.
  • Answer phone calls and emails, providing information and assistance promptly and professionally.
  • Manage reservations, cancellations, and modifications, maintaining accurate data entry.
  • Assist guests with requests, resolve complaints, and provide local recommendations.
  • Perform administrative duties such as managing mail, maintaining visitor logs, and organizing files.
  • Monitor access to the premises, issue visitor badges, and collaborate with security personnel.
  • Handle cash transactions accurately and reconcile at the end of each shift.
  • Manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work closely with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Follow emergency procedures and assist guests and staff during emergencies.
Skills and Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Guest service orientation, basic accounting skills, and familiarity with hospitality practices preferred.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
  • Proficiency with computers, calculators, phones, and office equipment.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
Working Conditions & Physical Requirements

Extended standing, walking, climbing, bending, reaching, pulling, pushing, kneeling, and lifting up to 50 lbs. Exposure to various environmental conditions and hazards, with safety precautions in place.
