Movement Lab Ohio is seeking a friendly, client-centered front desk administrator to join our team in Columbus.

This part-time role offers 4-5 weekday shifts from 3:30 PM to 7:30 PM; responsibilities include greeting visitors, managing emails, class and gym check-ins, basic cleaning, opening/closing, waivers, phone calls, and supporting management.

Responsibilities

• Provide a welcoming environment
• Organize emails and respond to the general ones
• Keep track of inventory
• Check-in students for classes and open gyms
• Light cleaning/tidying of front office
• Open facility
• Close facility
• Check participant waivers
• Answer phone calls and return voice messages, or log calls for managers to return
• And any other tasks requested by management
