Schnucks Fenton is seeking a part-time Deli Clerk to join our team. You will provide friendly service, slice meats and cheeses, and ensure product freshness. You will operate slicers and wrapping equipment, help with display cases, and restock as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, holidays, and weekends.
• Basic math skills ( pounds and ounces to decimals ).
• Food safety experience is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Provide friendly and courteous service to customers in person and on the phone.
• Slice and weigh lunch meats and cheeses; offer slice thickness.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the deli area.
• Operate deli equipment (slicer, scales, wrapping) and cooking equipment as trained.
• Assist with product production, packaging and restocking.
• Ensure freshness and proper rotation of products.
• Answer phone and take special orders.
