Schnucks is hiring a Deli Clerk to join our team in a fast-paced grocery setting. You will provide friendly service, prepare sandwiches and salads, and ensure fresh, accurately sliced products while maintaining a clean deli area.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including nights, holidays, weekends.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Able to translate pounds and ounces into decimals.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and courteous service to customers in person and on the phone.
• Maintain cleanliness of the work area and deli cases following food safety guidelines.
• Slice and weigh lunch meats and cheeses; offer slice thickness options.
• Prepare sandwiches, salads and party trays while following brand recipes.
• Assist with product restocking, dating and display rotation.
