Job summary

Responsibilities

• Build customer relationships by creating custom framing solutions and helping shoppers find what they need.
• Complete framing orders with high quality and on time.
• Maintain the ready-made frame department and replenish stock as needed.
• Operate the cash register and follow cash handling procedures.
• Follow SOPs and company programs to ensure compliance with laws and policies.
• Support safety and shrink programs and maintain a clean, clutter-free environment.
• Assist with omnichannel processes and store tasks as needed.
