Job summary

The Michaels Companies Inc. in Longmont, CO is seeking a Framing Associate to assist customers in creating custom framing solutions and to help them find what they need. You will deliver friendly service in a well-merchandised, in-stock store environment.

You will complete framing orders on time, maintain the frame shop, operate the cash register, and support Omni channel processes. A schedule including nights, weekends and early mornings may be required.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills and basic measuring skills.
• Ability to operate framing equipment and glass cutter.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to SOPs and Company policies to ensure compliance.
• Build relationships with customers while delivering custom framing solutions.
• Complete framing orders with high quality and on time.
• Maintain the ready-made frame department and directed replenishment.
• Deliver friendly customer service and help customers find products.
• Operate cash register and perform cash handling to standards.
• Assist with Omni channel processes.
