Job summary

Vistar, part of Performance Food Group, is hiring a Forklift Operator, Non Formula, for 2nd shift (Mon-Thu, 4:00pm–2:45am) in the U.S. The role operates forklifts, pallet jacks, and reach trucks to move freight, stock inventory, and replenish pick slots. Includes a $2.00/hr shift differential on top of base pay.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent.
• 6+ months of warehouse and/or distribution work experience.
• Able to stand, walk, reach, and lift repeatedly throughout shift.
• Able to work in multi-temperature environments (cooler, freezer, dry).
• Pass post offer drug test and criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Locates proper slot on storage racks and sets pallets with forklift or hand stack.
• Replenishes pick slots with outgoing stock according to next day orders.
• Rotates stock to front or removes outdated inventory per policy.
• Disperses over-stocked items to available slots and removes empty pallets.
• Inspects pallets, moves them with pallet jack or forklift to storage area.
• Follows safety policies and completes required paperwork at shift end.
