Job Description and Position Requirements

Penn State Mont Alto is searching for an adjunct faculty for Forest Surveying (FORT 140) course in the Spring 2025. The course consists of about half indoor time (lecture, analysis practice, and field work analysis) and half field labs.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • It is preferred that the candidate has a Master's degree in an appropriate discipline. However, a candidate with a Bachelor's degree and professional surveying field work experiences will be considered as well.
  • May require the ability to work in an outdoor environment in adverse weather conditions including extreme heat and cold.
  • Applications must be submitted electronically and include: A letter of application and curriculum vitae/resume that includes three professional references.

Review of applications will begin immediately and continue until the vacancy is filled.
