Responsibilities

• Performs patient assessments and documents findings; escalate changes to care team.
• Administers prescribed medications and monitors for adverse effects.
• Assists physicians during procedures within competency.
• Develops and evaluates individualized care plans with the care team.
• Responds to medical emergencies and participates in life-saving interventions as needed.
• Educates patients and families on conditions and post-discharge care.
• Maintains infection control, safety standards, and equipment operation.
