Job summary

Bass Pro Shops is seeking a Sales Outfitter to greet customers, provide information, and guide buying decisions with product knowledge. The role includes restocking, maintaining pricing and signage, and promoting programs like CLUB Membership and in-store pickup.

You will work with a team in a fast-paced retail environment to deliver a legendary customer experience. Candidates should be comfortable standing for long periods, handling merchandise, and operating a POS system.

Qualifications

• Ability to calculate figures such as discounts and make change to customers.
• Ability to communicate in a friendly and professional manner to customers and associates.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with Management, coworkers and customers.
• Ability to operate computerized Point of Sale register system.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a prompt, friendly manner.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and provide information and direction to customers.
• Replenish shelf merchandise and maintain pricing and signage.
• Promote programs including CLUB Membership and In-Store Pick-up.
• Move seasonal merchandise and keep work area clean and stocked.
• Answer questions and help customers make buying decisions.
