Bass Pro Shops is seeking a Sales Outfitter to greet customers, answer questions, and guide purchases with friendly, knowledgeable service. You will demonstrate products, restock shelves, and ensure pricing/signage accuracy while supporting promotional programs.

The role emphasizes product knowledge, merchandising accuracy, and teamwork in a fast-paced retail environment. This is a part-time position with employee discounts and benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to compute discounts and make change.
• Ability to communicate in a friendly and professional manner.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
• Ability to operate a computerized POS register system.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and provide information and direction as needed.
• Demonstrate products and keep shelves stocked according to merchandising guidelines.
• Keep work area clean, neat, and well stocked; maintain pricing and signage.
• Promote programs and assist customers in making buying decisions.
• Support seasonal floor merchandise moves and restock as required.
