Duties and Responsibilities

• Serve food at the dining hall; set up buffet lines and serve individual plates; interact with customers ranging from young children to senior citizens. (35%)
• Clean and sanitize the work area, operate a commercial dishwasher; clean chairs, tables, and service lines; sweep and mop floors; clean windows, baseboards, blinds; walkways and walls of food service building. (35%)
• Assist cooks in preparing and cooking food; assist with preparation of menu items. (20%)
• Other tasks as assigned. (10%)
