Job summary

Era Living, LLC on Mercer Island, WA is seeking part-time Food Server to join our Dining Services team. You will greet residents and guests, seat them, take accurate orders, and provide food and beverage service in the dining room, including support for special events.

Available shifts are Tuesday, Saturday and Sunday from 3:30 PM to 8:00 PM. The role offers $21.30 per hour with a competitive benefits package including a 401(k) match, holiday pay, sick time, EAP, longevity bonuses and employee

Qualifications

• Must have or obtain Food Handler's Certificate within 14 days of hire.
• Must be able to obtain First Aid/CPR within 30 days.
• Must obtain WA Alcohol Permit within 30 days if not already licensed.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and guests and provide seating in the dining room.
• Take accurate orders and ensure prompt, friendly service.
• Serve meals following established standards and manage to-go meals.
• Bus and clean tables; maintain dining room sanitation.
• Support set-up, service, and breakdown for resident events.
