Job summary

Churchill Downs Incorporated's Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Sioux City is seeking a Main + Abbey Food Server Part Time. The role delivers table service, takes orders, and ensures a pleasant dining experience for guests.

You will greet guests, upsell menu items, operate POS systems, maintain cleanliness, and work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. A high school diploma and some prior food service experience are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests on arrival and provide a warm, inviting welcome.
• Take orders for food and beverages with accuracy and upsell where appropriate.
• Deliver orders promptly and ensure guest satisfaction through quality checks.
• Utilize POS to enter orders for kitchen staff; handle transactions.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations and seating areas.
• Respond to guest needs and resolve complaints effectively.
• Replenish supplies and manage tables to optimize service flow.
