Job summary

Four Seasons Orlando at Walt Disney World Resort is seeking a Part-Time Capa Food Runner to support our Spanish-influenced rooftop steakhouse and bar. You will assist servers, maintain expo line cleanliness, and deliver dishes with accurate descriptions, collaborating closely with the kitchen team.

Ideal candidates bring 1–2 years of Food & Beverage experience, strong food knowledge, and a customer-focused mindset.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications: Strong food knowledge.
Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, working with a large team.
A sincere willingness to provide service to residents, guests, and peers.
Good organizational skills, with the ability to work independently.
Ability to function well under pressure, set priorities and adjust to changing conditions.
High work ethic, with a sense of responsibility for the role filled within our team.

Responsibilities

Assist the Server in providing an expertly served dining experience by clearing and resetting tables according to standards.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of expo line.
Deliver food to the correct tables and seat numbers while giving an accurate and appealing food description.
Communicate fluently with the restaurant Chef.
