Job summary

Hershey Entertainment & Resorts is seeking a Part-Time Team Member for our hospitality team. You will support restaurant management, coordinate FOH/BOH communications, handle guest inquiries, and help enforce brand standards while contributing to a high-quality guest experience.

Qualifications

1 year or more experience in Hospitality/Tourism or Food & Beverage.
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Post-Employment - RAMP and ServSafe Manager Certifications.

Responsibilities

Supervise, train, and motivate employees and manage assignments to uphold customer service standards.
Coordinate employee shifts, breaks and closing tasks, and prepare summary reports.
Perform opening/closing duties, cash-out procedures, and floor supervision.
Identify process improvements to boost efficiency, safety, productivity and profitability.
Maintain high-quality service and guest satisfaction, answer questions and make recommendations.
Draft weekly schedules based on management direction and staffing needs.
Provide backup to management and support teammates to complete tasks.
Oversee proper cash handling, cleaning, sanitation, service and food prep.
Stay informed about offerings and promotions to assist guests.
Perform other duties as assigned.
