Job summary

Falcon Farms Inc. is hiring a Part-Time Flower Merchandiser to support store displays and inventory across multiple locations. You will visit stores within your territory and ensure displays are attractive, well-stocked, and ready for peak periods.

The role offers paid training, a mobile phone allowance, and transportation expense reimbursement. This position includes flexible hours on Mon, Wed, Fri, Sat, with a compact shift and company benefits for eligible employees.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to read, write, and understand instructions in English.
• Reliable transportation to reach assigned locations.
• Internet access and a smartphone.
• Availability to work during peak season (November to May).

Responsibilities

• Become the face of Falcon Farms in each store and collaborate directly with our clients.
• Work independently while coordinating with local teams to create unforgettable displays and optimize inventory.
• Ensure flower displays are immaculate and attractive.
• Restock, organize, and monitor flower inventory.
• Use your mobile device to communicate with your supervisor and report activities.
• Interact professionally and friendly with employees, managers, and customers.
• During key dates such as Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, and Christmas, ensure stores are prepared for festive demand.
• Participate in setting up new displays and inventory adjustments when necessary.
• While you will work independently, you will support teammates with special activities when needed.
