Falcon Farms Inc. is hiring a part-time Flower Merchandiser to visit stores across your territory and ensure colorful, attractive displays. The role includes paid training, a mobile device allowance, and route-based transportation reimbursement.

Schedule is Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday mornings, with benefits including access to medical, dental, and vision for full-time employees; training and growth opportunities are provided as part of our team-oriented culture.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to read, write, and understand instructions in English.
• Reliable transportation to reach assigned locations.
• Internet access and a smartphone.
• Availability to work during peak season (November to May).

Responsibilities

• Be the face of Falcon Farms in each store and collaborate directly with our clients.
• Work independently while collaborating with local teams to create unforgettable displays and optimize inventory.
• Ensure flower displays are immaculate and attractive.
• Restock, organize, and monitor flower inventory.
• Use your mobile device to communicate with your supervisor and report activities.
• Interact professionally and friendly with employees, managers, and customers.
• During festive seasons (Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Christmas) ensure stores are prepared for demand.
• Participate in setting up new displays and inventory adjustments when necessary.
• Support teammates with special activities when needed.
