Falcon Farms Inc is seeking a part-time Flower Merchandiser to represent our brand in stores across your territory. You will ensure displays are attractive, restock inventory, and use a mobile device to report activities while collaborating with local teams to create eye-catching arrangements.

This role offers an early-morning schedule on Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday with $16 per hour and benefits like paid training and a phone allowance.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to read, write, and understand instructions in English.
• Reliable transportation to reach assigned locations.
• Internet access and a smartphone.
• Availability to work during peak season (November to May).

Responsibilities

• Ensure flower displays are immaculate and attractive.
• Restock, organize, and monitor flower inventory.
• Use your mobile device to communicate with your supervisor and report activities.
• Interact professionally and friendly with employees, managers, and customers.
• Collaborate with local teams to create displays and optimize inventory.
• Participate in setting up new displays and inventory adjustments.
