Job summary

Falcon Farms is seeking a part-time Flower Merchandiser to help create eye-catching displays across stores in your territory. You will work independently with local teams to ensure flowers are neatly presented and inventory is managed on schedule.

Compensation includes $16.00 per hour with a Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday morning shift from 7:00am to 9:10am, plus benefits such as paid training and a mobile phone allowance.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to read, write, and understand instructions in English.
• Reliable transportation to reach assigned locations.
• Internet access and a smartphone.
• Availability to work during peak season (November to May).

Responsibilities

• Ensure flower displays are immaculate and attractive.
• Restock, organize, and monitor flower inventory.
• Use your mobile device to communicate with your supervisor and report activities.
• Interact professionally and friendly with employees, managers, and customers.
