Job summary

Falcon Farms is looking for a Part-Time Flower Merchandiser to visit customer stores and keep displays vibrant and organized. You will be the face of our brand on the floor, ensuring flowers are showcased to delight shoppers.

This role offers a wage of $17.00 per hour, a set schedule across multiple stores, and benefits like training and allowances. You will work independently with support from local teams to maintain beautiful arrangements and optimal stock.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to read, write, and understand instructions in English.
• Reliable transportation to reach assigned locations.
• Internet access and a smartphone.
• Availability to work during peak season (November to May).

Responsibilities

• Ensure flower displays are immaculate and attractive.
• Restock, organize, and monitor flower inventory.
• Use your mobile device to communicate with your supervisor and report activities.
• Interact professionally and friendly with employees, managers, and customers.
• During festive seasons, ensure stores are prepared for demand.
• Participate in setting up new displays and inventory adjustments when necessary.
• Support teammates with special activities when needed.
