Falcon Farms Inc invites you to join our team as a part-time Flower Merchandiser, covering a territory with varied store locations. You will ensure flowers are displayed beautifully and inventory is kept fresh to delight shoppers.

This role offers paid training, a clear route schedule, and a competitive hourly wage. You’ll work with stores directly while supporting seasonal displays and collaborating with local teams.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to read, write, and understand instructions in English.
• Reliable transportation to reach assigned locations.
• Internet access and a smartphone.
• Availability to work during peak season (November to May).

Responsibilities

• Be the face of Falcon Farms in each store and collaborate directly with our clients.
• Work independently while collaborating with local teams to create unforgettable displays and optimize inventory.
• Restock, organize, and monitor flower inventory.
• Use your mobile device to communicate with your supervisor and report activities.
• Interact professionally and friendly with employees, managers, and customers.
• Ensure flower displays are immaculate and attractive.
• During key dates such as Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day and Christmas, ensure each store is prepared for demand.
• Participate in setting up new displays and inventory adjustments when necessary.
• Support teammates with special activities when needed.
