Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited high school or possession of an acceptable equivalency diploma.
• Three years of professional experience in flooring installation.
• Professional experience installing multiple types of floor coverings, including carpet, hardwood, resilient, and tile.

Responsibilities

• Develops and delivers curriculum, lesson plans, and hands-on projects in flooring installation.
• Provides instruction in measuring, material prep, substrate prep, layout, installation, and finishing with proper tool use.
• Teaches hands-on flooring installation across carpet, hardwood, resilient, and tile categories.
