Qualifications

• Previous experience as a floor care technician or in related role preferred.
• Knowledge of floor maintenance principles and procedures.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of hard-surface floor maintenance and refinish procedures.
• Operate industrial floor care equipment across large areas.
• Perform carpet/upholstery cleaning and spot treatment as needed.
• Complete preventive and restorative floor maintenance tasks.
• Support other duties as assigned by the manager.
