Job summary

ESFM® USA is seeking a Floor Technician for a full-time evening shift at our Greenwood, IN location. The role focuses on floor maintenance, restoration, and operating industrial floor care equipment.

The position offers training and growth within a hospitality-driven facilities management team. The team emphasizes safety and efficient floor care across diverse environments, with a schedule of 6:00 PM–4:30 AM, Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday.

Qualifications

• Experience in floor care is not required; training provided.
• Knowledge of floor care equipment is beneficial.
• Ability to follow safety procedures.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs frequently.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of hard-surface floor maintenance and proper procedures for stripping, refinishing, burnishing, spray cleaning and spray buffing.
• Operate various types of industrial floor care equipment.
• Utilize automated equipment for cleaning large floor areas.
• Perform carpet and upholstery cleaning including shampooing, damp surface, extractions, spot cleaning, vacuuming.
• Conduct maintenance and restorative processes for all floor surface types.
• Carry out other duties as assigned by the manager.
