ESFM USA is seeking a Floor Technician in Romeoville, IL to perform floor maintenance, restoration, and operate industrial floor care equipment. The role requires a minimum of 1 year of experience and pays $18.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a floor care technician or in related role preferred.
• Proven knowledge of floor care equipment and techniques required.
• Knowledge and ability to follow safety procedures.
• Requires frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling of up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of hard-surface floor maintenance and proper procedures (stripping, refinishing, burnishing, spray cleaning, spray buffing).
• Operate various types of industrial floor care equipment.
• Utilize automated equipment for cleaning large floor areas.
• Apply carpet and upholstering care including shampooing, damp surface, extractions, spot cleaning, vacuuming.
• Perform maintenance/restorative processes for all floor surface types.
• Other duties as assigned by manager.
