Qualifications

• 2 years’ experience in facilities maintenance or floor cleaning.
• Proven janitor or floor technician experience.
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays 5:30pm–10:30pm.
• Ability to read English instructions and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform facilities maintenance and cleaning tasks as assigned.
• Follow health and safety regulations and SDS guidelines.
• Operate cleaning equipment and handle supplies safely.
• Read and interpret manuals, instructions, and procedures in English.
• Work independently and meet project site requirements.
