Lush Handmade Cosmetics is seeking a Part Time Floor Leader at Lehigh Valley Mall in Whitehall, PA. You will lead a team of sales ambassadors on the shop floor, coach for daily goals, and help drive store performance while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

This role emphasizes product passion, DEIB, and brand education, with responsibilities ranging from cash handling to opening/closing the store, training teammates, and maintaining visuals to keep the space welcoming and productive.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service and sales experience.
• Cash handling and opening/closing procedures.
• Supervisory experience with coaching, feedback, and training.
• Problem-solving issues related to customer service in day-to-day operations.
• A fast-paced team environment.
• Knowledge and passion for skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business.
• Flexible schedule to accommodate store needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales with coaching and adjustments to floor structure to meet goals.
• Deliver world-class customer experience on the shop floor, including product demonstrations.
• Educate customers on Lush brand values and ethics (Fighting Animal Testing, Freshest Cosmetics, Ethical Buying, 100% Vegetarian, Handmade, Naked Packaging).
• Increase depth of product knowledge and make informed recommendations.
• Train and coach Sales Ambassadors and peers on sales techniques and product knowledge.
• Foster DEIB and open communication among team members.
• Manage cash handling, opening/closing procedures, and nightly deposits.
• Maintain visuals and merchandising; adjust displays based on sales.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures for opening/closing, product integrity, and safety.
