Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year retail experience.
• Must be flexible with working varied shifts including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Entrepreneurial spirit with proven ability to work in a fast-paced growing business.
• Strong written and verbal skills.
• Ability to carry boxes 25–30 lbs for stock transfers.
• Can bend, reach, lift, and move stock and products.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and customer experience on the floor by providing above-and-beyond customer service.
• Execute store opening and closing duties.
• Partner with store management to plan, coordinate, and execute sales floor and back-of-house operations.
• Ensure all operational, service, and staff zoning procedures are executed to company standards.
• Act as the leader on the floor, driving store vision and purpose.
• Mentor team members by being visible and setting an example.
• Maintain general store systems and execute operational responsibilities.
