Part‑Time Keyholder – Hudson Yards

We are looking for an experienced Part‑Time Keyholder to join Mack Weldon’s retail team at Hudson Yards. In this role, you’ll partner with the store management team to ensure consistent and efficient store operations and deliver an exceptional guest experience. This role will lead the floor by example and be proficient in product knowledge, operational procedures, and all retail systems.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and customer experience on the floor by providing above‑and‑beyond customer service
• Execute store opening and closing duties
• Partner with store management to plan, coordinate, and execute sales floor and back‑of‑house operations
• Ensure all operational, service, and staff zoning procedures are executed to company standards
• Act as the leader on the floor, driving store vision and purpose, and acting as the point of contact for all customer service and operational questions
• Mentor team members by being visible and setting an example for what great customer experience and product knowledge looks like
• Maintain general store systems and execute operational responsibilities
• Foster and support a productive employee culture in your store
• Gather feedback from customers, store team members, and via observation to report to store management team
• Support store management team in projects and initiatives
