A leading facilities management firm in Durham, NC is seeking a Floor Technician to perform essential floor care duties including cleaning and maintenance. This part-time position offers competitive hourly pay ranging from $16.00 to $17.00, with shifts from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM, Monday through Friday.

Qualifications

• Must be able to operate and maintain cleaning equipment safely.
• Ability to lift and move up to 35 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Perform floor care functions such as waxing, stripping, and buffing.
• Comply with safety rules, policies, and procedures.
• Maintain clean work area and uphold customer service standards.
• Utilize chemicals and supplies per safety procedures.
