Job summary

Compass Group USA, ESFM division, is seeking a Floor Technician at 6500 Davidson Highway, Concord, NC 28027. This full-time, on-site role offers training with no prior experience required and a pay range of $15.50–$17.50 per hour.

Qualifications

• Experience as a floor care technician preferred
• Knowledge of floor care equipment and techniques
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of hard-surface floor maintenance and proper procedures for stripping, refinishing, burnishing, spray cleaning and spray buffing.
• Operate various types of industrial floor care equipment.
• Use automated equipment for cleaning large floor areas.
• Perform carpet and upholstery care including shampooing and extraction.
• Conduct maintenance and restorative processes for all floor surfaces.
• Other duties as assigned by manager
