LABTECH DIAGNOSTICS is seeking a Part-Time Phlebotomist (Floater) in Orange, TX to draw, collect, and handle laboratory specimens across all age groups. The role requires working at multiple locations with flexible hours and a competitive wage of $16 to $20 per hour.

This onsite position supports patient care and professional growth within a dynamic team. You will perform venipuncture, specimen labeling, data entry, and patient instruction while adhering to HIPAA guidelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Phlebotomy or Medical Office Assistant course preferred.
• Customer-service oriented in a fast-paced environment.
• Physical abilities include repetitive motion, standing, lifting, and bending.

Responsabilités

• Provide coverage at multiple locations with flexible hours.
• Perform venipuncture and urinalysis while ensuring patient comfort.
• Register patients and act as receptionist with HIPAA compliance.
• Accurately label specimens and ensure data entry accuracy.
• Notify physicians of critical lab results and maintain safety standards.
