Job summary

LABTECH DIAGNOSTICS is seeking a Full-Time Phlebotomist (Floater) in Beaumont, TX. This onsite role involves drawing and processing specimens across multiple locations with a pay range of $16 to $20 per hour.

You will cover various sites, maintain HIPAA compliance, and deliver high-quality patient care while keeping accurate data entry and labeling. A high school diploma is required; phlebotomy or medical office assistant training is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Phlebotomy or Medical Office Assistant course preferred.
• Ability to work across multiple locations and flexible hours in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide coverage at multiple locations.
• Work flexible hours.
• Interact courteously with patients and collect specimens.
• Perform venipuncture, capillary sticks, urinalysis and other collections.
• Ensure proper specimen labeling and HIPAA compliance.
• Input data accurately in Life Points system.
• Register patients and assist as receptionist.
