Marsden-Central in Saint Paul, MN is seeking a full-time cleaner to maintain offices, bathrooms, break rooms and common areas to high standards. The shift runs 5:00pm to 1:00am on Mon, Thu, Fri and 4:00pm to 12:00am Sat-Sun; a valid driver’s license is required.

You must be 18+, able to speak English, able to lift up to 30 lbs, and pass a background check. Duties include sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, waste removal, restroom sanitation, and surface cleaning.

Description

Shift: Monday, Thursday, Friday 5:00pm to 1:00pm and Saturday and Sunday 4:00pm to 12:00am (Requires Valid Driver's License)

Location: St. Paul, MN

Requirements:

Cleaner must clean to high cleaning expectations. Cleaning includes offices, bathrooms, break rooms, locker rooms, exterior of buildings.Every weekend is required.Main working hours are 5:00pm-1:00am but need to be flexible to stay longer some nights. Floor machine (Carpet, Auto scrubber, iMop) knowledge a plus.

• You must be 18 years old.
• For safety reasons, you must be able to speak English.
• A pre-employment criminal background check is required.
• Able to lift up to 30lbs.

Job Duties:

As you might expect, cleaning is at the heart of what your job will entail. For the most part, you’ll be:

• Sweeping, vacuuming and mopping floors throughout.
• Waste Removal: Collecting and disposing of trash from bins throughout the building.
• Restrooms: Cleaning and sanitizing, restocking supplies (toilet paper, soap, paper towels)
• Surface cleaning: Dusting, wiping and sanitizing surfaces, fixtures and furniture.
